Dr. Helmut Kofler
Dr. Helmut Kofler has been a practicing veterinarian since 1990. A wealth of experience has accumulated over these decades. Many pet owners come to him for a second opinion on various initial diagnoses. Dr. Kofler is an experienced diagnostician and has experience in many areas of internal medicine such as gastroenterology with abdominal ultrasound and nutritional advice, dermatology, ophthalmology, cardiovascular diseases, dentistry and orthopaedics. Thanks to his many years of experience, he has a great overview of various complex medical contexts. In collaboration with specialists he knows, he usually finds a good solution for his patients. He has also achieved a great deal in the field of soft tissue surgery in his professional career. Abdominal operations such as foreign bodies, castrations and tumor operations are part of his range of services. Dr. Kofler is also very keen to treat his patients with understanding and as equals and to create a climate of well-being.
Simona Glira
Simona Glira has been a valuable member of the team since May 2019.
A calm and empathetic approach to animals and humans is of particular concern to her. This helps to make the visit to the vet as stress-free as possible. Glira works mainly in the field of internal medicine, but has a wide range of medical interests, which makes her a competent generalist. As a native of South Tyrol, she also speaks very good Italian and is therefore the first point of contact for Italian-speaking patient owners.
Michaela Soukup
Michaela Soukup has been a valued member of our team at the Neulinggasse Veterinary Clinic since 2002. With her extensive experience, both in dealing with our patients and her personal passion for pets, she is the ideal first point of contact for all your questions and concerns. You can turn to them with confidence at any time, because their heart and expertise are always focused on achieving the best for you and your animal companions.
Patricia Stingl
Patricia Stingl is an indispensable part of our team and has been bringing her passion and skills to the Neulinggasse veterinary practice since June 2023. With her calm and determined nature, she has the special gift of having a calming effect on animals, creating a relaxed atmosphere in our clinic. Her friendliness and openness towards people make her a wonderful contact person on the phone, at reception and in all areas of practice assistance.
Günther Maaß
We are pleased to welcome Mag. med. vet. Günter Maaß, our highly esteemed consultant veterinarian for ophthalmology, in our team. As an expert in the health and care of animal eyes, he offers comprehensive examinations for hereditary eye diseases, which are documented using the internationally recognized ECVO diagnostic form. As a qualified ECVO Eye Scheme Examiner and member of the AKVO, Mag. Maaß brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He specializes in iridology, a fascinating method of iris diagnostics, and offers flexible and accessible care for your pets thanks to his mobile eye unit. With Mag.
